A collaboration between THE BEAR’s acclaimed pastry kitchen and AMAR BAKERY.

Layers of rich semi-sweet dark chocolate cake are finished with decadent ganache buttercream, flaky sea salt and crushed Oreos. At the centre, our homemade AMAR Salted Caramel adds a soft, buttery sweetness with just the right touch of salt.

Created by pastry chef Marcus, this cake is all about the balance — deep chocolate, creamy ganache, salted caramel and a little crunch from the Oreos.
